Germantown Congregation

As a worshiping community centered on Jesus, for now we simply call ourselves a Germantown congregation. We meet on Sundays at 3pm for worship, with a potluck meal and community meeting on the first Sunday of every month. With roots in peacemaking, justice and simplicity of the anabaptist tradition, we are committed to LGBTQIA+ affirmation and celebration and to antiracism in the way of Jesus. Children are a valued part of our community.

Nursery – Our dedicated caregivers provide space for play and connection with children ages 6 mos. through three years old. The nursery is on the second floor at the top of the stairs.

Kids time – Children 4-11 years old begin with the adults at the start of the meeting. They will be invited upstairs with the Children’s Team to hear a story from the Bible and explore it in imaginative and age appropriate ways. Adults will need to sign their children in and out, so please accompany them when they are dismissed.

*All Children’s Team members have state and federal clearances.

*Parents and caregivers can let the Children’s Team know of special needs when they sign in, and will be contacted via text during the meeting if a child needs them.
